Precise design in special machine construction is the basis for functional, durable systems. Our design department develops tailor-made solutions that are precisely tailored to the requirements of our customers. Functionality, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance are taken into account right from the start. Through the close integration of design and production, we ensure that every special-purpose machine is implemented in a practical, efficient, and technically mature manner.

Control technology –
intelligent processes, reliably implemented


Our control technology in special machine construction ensures safe, efficient, and user-friendly systems. Our control engineers bring your machines to life: in close cooperation with the design and production departments, the appropriate control cabinet is planned and manufactured for each machine. The control system is then commissioned directly on site.
Our range of services extends from needs-based automation concepts to the development of the necessary controls and circuits and the programming of the corresponding software. Since planning, implementation, and commissioning are carried out in-house, the mechanics and controls are optimally coordinated. The result is stable processes, high system availability, and easy integration into existing production environments.

CNC machining –
precision down to the last detail

In CNC machining, we manufacture high-quality components with maximum dimensional accuracy. Our production thrives on a mix of proven technology and state-of-the-art CNC machines. We use reliable, manually operated machines – including real classics such as our “department veteran,” a Heid from 1961 – as well as state-of-the-art CNC centers such as the DMG DMF 260/7 or the DMG NEF 600. This combination makes it possible to machine workpieces of various geometries with the highest possible precision.

In-house machining enables short throughput times, high flexibility, and close coordination with design and assembly. The result: precisely fitting components, consistent quality, and a reliable basis for durable special-purpose machine solutions.

Welding –
stable connections for the highest demands

In our welding shop for machine and special plant construction, we produce load-bearing structures and assemblies that meet the highest technical and quality requirements. Whether tack welding or welding – things literally heat up here.

Depending on the requirements and area of application, we weld using MAG, TIG, and MIG processes. This allows us to respond flexibly to different materials and customer requirements – from steel to chrome steel. Clean workmanship, precise seams, and high-quality surfaces are particularly important when welding for the food industry. Let the sparks fly.

Painting department –
protection, function, and high-quality appearance

The Painting department in special machine construction is a crucial step for durability and value retention. We not only design surfaces to be visually appealing, but also specifically protect them against corrosion, wear, and environmental influences. The paint finish is tailored to the area of application, material, and customer requirements – functional, durable, and high-quality.

Factory assembly –
where design becomes a functioning system

Factory assembly in special machine construction is one of our most important production stages. With around 2,000 m² of production space, our assembly halls offer sufficient space to completely assemble, test, and inspect every system – from lift tables and conveyor systems to complex special designs.

This is where we screw, lift, push, drill, sweat, and sometimes even curse – that's exactly what makes this area so special. Because this is where your machine first becomes a tangible reality. Step by step, each individual component is assembled into a functioning overall system, turning the previously developed special construction into reality. All functions are comprehensively checked, processes tested, and interfaces checked. In this way, we ensure that every system leaves our factory in perfect technical condition, ready for operation, and on time – for smooth commissioning at the customer's site.

Final assembly & commissioning –
Ready for production

Our experienced technicians integrate the system into the existing production environment, professionally connect the mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and carry out all functional and safety tests. All processes are precisely tailored to the actual operating conditions and fine-tuned. Only when all processes are running stably, safely, and efficiently do we consider the project complete. Structured training of operating and maintenance personnel ensures that the system can be used reliably and productively from day one.

Close integration with design, control technology, and manufacturing ensures short distances, clear coordination, and the highest quality right down to the last detail.
